Appearance Request

If you would like to request an appearance by Maynard G. Mallard or another of the Mallards mascots, please print off a copy of the Mascot Appearance Request form and follow the instructions listed.

The Mallards are happy to have Maynard make appearances throughout the entire year, not just while the Mallards season is under way.

There is no appearance fee for non-profit organizations, however there is a $50 appearance fee for for-profit organizations.
