Mallards in the Community

The Madison Mallards play a very active role in the community in being involved with numerous local non-profit organizations and other smaller groups.The team strives to have great community relationships with not only the immediate Madison Community but also with surrounding Towns and Villages. Each year the Mallards have a presence at various special events and parades, youth events, including sponsorship of Little League teams, and different community gatherings.The team also highlights different local communities during their “Community Night” series.Local communities are allowed to promote their festivals and summer events while the residents of that respective community can come out and receive discounted tickets on the date of their night.

Also, this season Maynard and the Mallards are excited to announce that Maynard’s Lil’ Ducks Reading Program has returned to help encourage the youth and future leaders of tomorrow to increase the amount of time in which they read. After completing the goals set by their teachers, each student receives a FREE bleacher ticket and friends and family receive a ticket discount! Over 6,000 kids are currently enrolled in the reading program!

The Mallards announce they will plant a tree for every broken bat in 2011.
