Profile

Rivers was named to the WCC All-Freshman Team in 2007 after posting a 2-2 record and 3.35 ERA in 48.1 innings. Last year he made 19 appearances, starting in eight and finishing with a 3-4 record and 5.77 ERA. Last summer for the Mallards Rivers went 4-1 with a 3.68 ERA in 51.1 innings that included 8 starts. As of May 14 he was 5-4 with a 4.42 ERA in 71.1 innings pitched.
