What are the Madison Mallards office hours? During the Off-Season: Monday through Friday - 9:00 am to 4:30 pm or by appointment During the 2011 Season: On the day of a game the ticket office will be open from 8:30 am through the end of the game. This will include all Saturdays and Sundays that the Mallards play at home. What happens in the event of a rainout? In the event of bad weather, the best place to find out if the game has been cancelled or postponed is our website at www.mallardsbaseball.com. If we need to cancel a game, we'll immediately put a story on the website describing any details of when the game will be rescheduled and how to redeem your tickets. We will also update the office voicemail message to explain the weather and its effects on the game. Mallards Rainout Policy: NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED
The easiest way to order tickets is from your very own computer. Visit https://tickets.mallardsbaseball.com and you can order and print your tickets right at home. You can also order your tickets online and have them left at the Feldco Will Call window so they are waiting for you when you arrive the night of the game. Tickets can also be purchased over the phone or in person during the Mallards Ticket Office hours. The Mallards Office phone number is (608) 316-DUCK (3825). It is recommended that you purchase your tickets ahead of time to avoid any lines at the ticket window and guarantee you get a great seat to the game. What types of Seating is available at the "Duck Pond"? The Madison Mallards offer several seating and group options at the ballpark. Whether it's a company outing of 2,000 people or a family of four we have the perfect seat options for you. We also have all our hospitality information and pricing on the website. Our Reserved seating comes in two forms, bleacher seats and box seats. The bleacher seat is just what it says, a bleacher seat. The box seat for a little extra money comes with arm rests and a back to it. The box seats are the first five rows of every section in the grandstand. The Great Dane Duck Blind is a separate ticket all together. For $25 to $30 per person an adult gets admission into the ballpark and onto the deck and then unlimited food and drinks including beer. Food is cooked through the end of the 5th inning and drinks are available through the 8th inning. For $20 to $25 you get admission, food and soda only. When can I pick up my Will Call tickets? Tickets left at will call for any event during the summer can be picked up anytime during the standard ticket office hours. For large orders, please call ahead and we'll have your tickets pre-printed for you when you arrive. Children 5 and younger will gain admission to the ballpark for free ONLY IF THEY DO NOT NEED A SEAT. What time can I get into the stadium? The gates open up 90 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. What are the Parking Rules and Regulations? The main parking lot at Warner Park is open all day long prior to a game. There is no fee to park in the lot and tailgating is allowed. Glass bottles are not allowed and the City of Madison and the Madison Mallards ask you to please leave the parking lot looking as clean as when you arrived. Trash cans are located throughout the lot and there are several receptacles specifically for hot coals from the BBQ. How do I redeem Bonus Books and Coupons? The Bonus Book is a coupon good for any game during the 2010 regular season. It is NOT an actual ticket. Your coupon must be redeemed at the Mallards ticket office anytime after May 2, 2010 for an actual game ticket to the game of your choice. The Mallards also offer coupons in the 2010 Bucky Book for up to four tickets at half price. Those coupons can be used for any game during the 2010 season but they can only be used on the night of the game you wish to attend. For example, you cannot buy tickets on June 1st using the Bucky Book coupon for a game on June 2nd. Bucky Book coupons cannot be used for the Great Dane Duck Blind and they must be redeemed in person at the Mallards Office. What can be brought into the stadium? No food or beverages can be brought into the ballpark. The exception will be made for one bottle of water per person. Other items NOT allowed in the ballpark are:
Fans can bring blankets, umbrellas and seat cushions. Do the Mallards have a Lost and Found? Lost and Found is available during games at Fan Services. Fan Services is located in the Courtyard inside the stadium. If you have any questions or need immediate help, call the Mallards Front Office at (608) 246-4277. How can I pay for the night at the ballpark? At the ticket window, the Madison Mallards accept cash, credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) or check. Inside the ballpark credit cards are accepted at the souvenir stand and select concession stands within the park. For all other purchases cash is required and there is an ATM inside the ballpark in the Courtyard. How do I get a job with the Madison Mallards? Every summer the Madison Mallards are looking for responsible, hard working baseball fans to fill positions on game nights. With a wide variety of jobs available, please click on the Employment tab on the Mallards homepage. We'll usually host a mass interview session in the spring here at the ballpark. Personal announcements for birthdays, anniversaries etc. will be read every night during the 7th inning. Visit the Cricket Wireless Fan Services Booth located in the main courtyard during the game and put your announcement down on the list before the 5th inning and make sure to listen during the 7th inning. What level of baseball are the Madison Mallards? The Madison Mallards are one of sixteen members of the Northwoods League. The Northwoods League is a summer collegiate league which provides a place for the best college players in the country to spend their summers and display their talents to professional scouts. Every player in the league must be enrolled in college and have at least one year of athletic eligibility to participate in the league and due to NCAA regulations the players cannot get paid while playing in the Northwoods League. The league is designed to give college players the minor league experience. They play 70 games between June 1st and August 15th playing with wood bats and traveling around the Midwest on charter buses. Maynard G.
